a doula listens intently to preferences, honors the natural progression of labor and offer supportive care. they bring their passion + perspectives into this role to provide the best care for their clients. they support the partner and acknowledge nothing can replace the love they have for the mother.

birth guide.

a doula lends her knowledge of birth to parents who are exploring their childbirth options. they encourage informed decisions to take place regarding prenatal care + childbirth. a doula can help release tensions and fears regarding labor as well.

support.

a doula can offer physical + emotional support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods. during labor, they provide physical support by massage and various comfort methods and emotional support by encouraging and providing reassurance. they bear witness to this process so the mother is always heard and never alone.
