○ BIRTH DOULA INTERVIEW:
We can meet and go over your ideal birth plan, fears and previous birthing experiences (if applicable). This is also a great opportunity for us to chat about any concerns or questions you have about a birth doula.
○ POSTPARTUM DOULA INTERVIEW:
We can meet and plan out your postpartum! What does your care plan look like immediately, days after and even weeks after your birth? We can also go over boundaries with family, sleeping questions or family dynamics to figure out if I am a good fit for these healing weeks!
○ Prenatal visit to create a plan, go over benefits/risks of interventions and discuss the stages of labor
○ 24/7 availability via phone, text, email or Facebook at time of signed contract (after 9:00PM & weekends availability is limited unless emergency)
○ Support during pregnancy, labor, birth & the immediate postpartum period
○ Back-up doula services by a local doula who shares my same birthing philosophies
○ Postpartum and breastfeeding support for 1-2 hours following the birth
○ One postpartum follow up a few weeks following the birth (if needed) in person or by phone
○ Baby Calming techniques and instructions
○Nutritional + Natural Healing Advice
○ 24/7 availability via phone, text, email or Facebook at time of signed contract (after 9:00PM & weekends availability is limited unless emergency)
○ Support during pregnancy, labor, birth & the immediate postpartum period
